A Knowledgeable Agent who knows Fengshui is Critical for Buying an Ideal Home

Buying an ideal home is so hard! I found some people wondering on the house market for months and have not found a home they like. One of the problems is that they do not know that choosing a home is a very professional thing. The thing is that they need a knowledgeable real estate agent, an honest, hard-working, caring agent to help them out.

I found some friends of mine bought the wrong houses that cause a lot of trouble. The problem is that they did not have a good agent. They saw the house and fell in love with it, then they had the inspector check the house and inspectors told them there was no problem, then they bought the house. They did not know Feng Shui — sometimes they only saw the house in winter, but they did not know that water would cause problems for their home in summer.

It is hard to tell people about Feng Shui in general. Fengshui is a subject of study, it is very complex, and it is critical to know the Fengshui of a house. It is very important to find someone who knows Fengshui to help you choose an ideal house.

Additional Tips for Homebuying

Stay tuned for homebuying tips coming soon!

1. Locate houses satisfying all your criteria (location, price, schools, size, bedrooms, baths & etc).

2. Check demographics, roads, parks, shopping centers & so on of the houses. Examine the house on Google real image. Examine the distance from the main roads, the neighborhood, the distance between the house and the next one, the garage location, the facing direction of the house: east or west, south or north. If everything is satisfying, then go to tour the house.

3. Try to tour the house during day time with good sunlight so you can see how sunlight is in the rooms and see inside/outside of the house more clearly.

4. When you are touring a house, take off shoes (you may wear the wraps), so you can use your feet to feel the floor. Is it comfortable, is it smooth?

5. Ask someone in the neighborhood about the neighborhood, the environment and etc.

6. If you fall in love with the house with the first tour, try to tour it again and try to find something you dislike about the house.

7. Choose a trustful and knowledgeable real estate agent to help you.
